Our Work
Raben played a pivotal role in supporting the NWF in establishing foundational structures for its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) initiatives through a comprehensive multi-year initiative involving staff and board members. Working collaboratively with the Board, Raben facilitated the creation of a dedicated DEIJ Board Committee, fostering collaboration between board members and the staff.
Our work with the staff included crafting a compelling organizational case for diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice, resulting in the implementation of a new Steering Committee structure. This transformative approach, led by co-chairs, significantly enhanced the organization's commitment to DEIJ.
