During our more than two decades working at the highest levels of power and influence in the federal government, Raben has also had the privilege of supporting hundreds of diverse nominees in navigating the arduous Senate confirmation process — including district court nominees and candidates for the highest court in the land.

Well before a nominee sits down to face the dais in a Senate hearing room, their nomination has been supported by third-party stakeholder campaigns, bipartisan advocacy, hearing preparation, and rapid response media relations.

We do this work because we believe strongly that the nation's judiciary, from the Supreme Court downward, must reflect the totality of the identities and experiences of the American people that it is there to serve.
