Aladdin Fawal is an associate in the Government Affairs & Policy Counsel practice at Raben. He brings a strong research and writing background to his corporate and nonprofit clients.
Before joining Raben, Aladdin interned for Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Rep. Jim McGovern (D-Mass.). Additionally, he interned on John Fetterman’s (D-Penn.) highly-contested U.S. Senate campaign, regularly talking with donors and Pennsylvanians about hot-pressing issues. Aladdin’s passion for progressive issues comes from his experiences and research in college, including an in-depth study he conducted on the challenges facing incarcerated youth and advocated for parole policy reform. He previously interned with the Council for Court Excellence, a nonprofit advocacy organization working to create a justice system in the District of Columbia that equitably serves its people. He also advocated to the City Council about the need for local control of parole.
Aladdin was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from The George Washington University. Aladdin has a deep passion for creativity and is always looking for a new medium or method to display his artistic vision.
