Precious Aimufua-Agbontaen is an associate in Raben's Government Affairs practice. She uses her passion for policy analysis, research, and advocacy to support her clients' needs and advance impactful policy change.

While at American University, Precious obtained various internships and leadership positions. She interned at the U.S. House of Representatives under Congresswoman Yvette D. Clarke and NYS Executive Chamber of Office of Governor Kathy Hochul. She researched and drafted memoranda on energy, environment, education, immigration, and AI.

Precious also interned at FWD.us, working on the immigration and data analysis team to congregate H-1b and F-1 visa access data over 20 years and produce 200+ state-impacted reports for congressional members and staff. In this role, she also co-led a group of twenty individuals in lobbying efforts to expand Parole in Place for undocumented spouses. She also interned at Full Circle Strategies, LLC, a consulting company, where she coordinated logistics with internal and external stakeholders to support Fortune 50 clients, including Comcast and L'Oreal.

Throughout her three years, she also served in numerous positions as she co-founded a student organization to support marginalized populations on her campus and co-led a fellowship dedicated to increasing access to hair products for Black and Brown students at predominantly white institutions.

Precious graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science, with a minor in Justice and Law, from American University in December 2024. A first-generation Nigerian American and native New Yorker, Precious enjoys cooking, watching movies, listening to music, and traveling in her free time.
