Nikita Sibley is a senior associate in the Strategic Communications practice at Raben. In this role, Nikita utilizes his experience in research, media monitoring, and writing to create lasting political change for clients.

Before joining Raben, Nikita worked as a campaign consultant, where he worked on attaining earned and placed media as well as writing social media ad copy for a nonprofit. Nikita also worked as a press assistant in 2018 for Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum.

Nikita holds a master’s degree from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, he is a diehard Jaguars and Seminoles fan and a massive supporter of the U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team. Besides his passion for sports, Nikita enjoys concerts, traveling, dinner parties, reading — especially murder mysteries and works by Taylor Jenkins Reid — cooking, and binging the latest streaming series with Ashley, his wife.
