Lauryn Fraser is Raben's operations coordinator, where she draws from her years of experience in streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and fostering seamless communications within teams. With a passion for efficiency and a dedication to excellence, Lauryn holds a deeper understanding of the intricate dynamics that drive successful operations.

Before joining Raben, Lauryn worked with UNC Charlotte Athletics, where she served as a mentor to guide and inspire student-athletes to achieve their full potential while ensuring operational excellence.

Lauryn holds a bachelor’s degree in management with a focus in Property Management and Real Estate from Virginia Tech, where she also received her Certified Apartment Manager and Virginia Real Estate Salesperson Licenses. She completed her master’s degree at UNC Charlotte. While at Virginia Tech, she became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and served on executive boards for the Black Student Alliance and Caribbean Student Organization.

Hailing from the beautiful islands of The Bahamas, Lauryn was a former dancer for the Bahamas All-Star Marching Band. She also still currently dances with the One Family Junkanoo Organization, highlighting her deep connection to culture and expression.
